Vacation Bible School (VBS)

In June we held our Summer VBS program on the beautiful grounds of Old Bethel Church. The setting proved to be a wonderful backdrop for the children to "dig-in" and discover God's truth.

During the week long camp, kids joined Dakota Joe and his faithful dog Digger, as they daily tackled challenges to unearth cool artifacts – keepsakes which added to the adventure and fun! 

Kids joined small groups called “Quest Groups” with other kids and a small group leader.  Each day begun at Truth Quest Base Camp, where kids learned songs, watched a skit, and found out about the day’s challenge.  The groups then rotated between four activity sites, including arts and crafts, and games, where the learning continued.  Finally, they went to Truth Teller Rally Closing before heading home at noon.

The program was a huge success. In fact one boy told his mom he wished VBS could be TWENTY days long.
